If you asked me when my fitness journey began, I wouldn’t start with a transformation photo. I’d tell you about the fluorescent-lit hallway outside my mom’s Jazzercise class at the YWCA. I was the kid with his back against the wall, watching her bounce on a mini trampoline and flow through weights & calisthenics like it was a sacred ritual.
